Shipping and returns


DELIVERY METHODS can only accept orders for delivery in the territory of the Italian state. does not ship to Mail Boxes, post offices, post office boxes and to companies that provide domiciliation services.
Delivery takes place by express courier BARTOLINI at the shipping cost indicated on the screen during the completion of the order.
The cost of shipping is borne by the buyer, according to the rates and costs indicated. Each delivery is considered completed from the moment in which the transporter makes the products available to the buyer, as resulting from the system used by the transporter to track shipments. It is the recipient's responsibility to check the products upon delivery and possibly raise any reservations and complaints that appear justified, including the possibility of rejecting the package if it has been opened or shows evident signs of deterioration.

No responsibility can be attributed to in case of delay in the order or delivery of the ordered goods.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:

  • that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the delivery note or transport document (DDT);

  • that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or, in any case, altered. Any external damage or the mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery, adding the words "collection with reserve for damaged package", or "collection with reserve for open package" or "collection with reserve for packages missing "on the accompanying document.



FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER € 50.00  (VAT included, excluding shipping costs).

For orders from € 0  at € 50.00 the cost of shipping is € 6.70 (VAT included) with the exception of the islands and Calabria where the cost is € 9.80 (VAT included).




In compliance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without giving any reasons except in the following cases of exclusion:

  • Goods made to measure or clearly personalized

  • Short-term or rapidly deteriorating assets

  • Goods delivered sealed and non-returnable for hygienic reasons

The maximum term within which the intention to make use of this right is to be received is 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods by the recipient or by a third party designated by the latter. The methods for making use of this right will be expressed in the following paragraphs.
The shipment of the returned goods or the return of the goods at one of our stores must take place within 14 days following the communication of withdrawal by the Customer (after which the right will be considered forfeited) to the following address attaching a copy of the order : EP Spa Via Del Commercio, 1 25039 Travagliato BRESCIA.
The burden and responsibility of returning the return shipment is intended to be borne by the Customer until it is received by EP Spa.
It will be the responsibility of the seller to report the receipt of goods damaged during transport to the customer who can claim this damage against the courier., in this case, will make the goods available to the Customer by canceling the withdrawal procedure.
Once has received the goods, it will reimburse the Customer for the amount paid except for additional expenses beyond those provided for by the basic shipping rate, to which is not required to respond in the event of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal lapses in case of substantial defect of the returned product (original packaging not intact or missing, damage, unsuitable state of return, evident signs of wear and / or neglect) and in the cases previously set out.
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal will return the goods to the customer who will not be entitled to any refund.

We inform you that the Customer has the right to reject the goods upon delivery. However, it should be noted that, upon issuing the refund credit note, in the event of advance payment (credit card, Paypal, advance bank transfer), the shipping costs will be reversed up to the delivery address and return to the sender. Therefore, only the amount of the product will be refunded, net of round-trip transport costs.
